I have too many horror stories of Joomla 'experts' telling me: "Something can't be done", or "It'll take complex custom programming", or "You don't need that functionality anyway." The list of excuses I've heard is longer than I have time to repeat here!

John is a refreshing can-do person who will makes things work! I've watched him work using GoToMeeting and he is a problem solver "par excellence". Not only is he terrific at working within Joomla, but he's also tops at finding modules available online which can be installed and add the required functionality.

Another issue involves documentation of Joomla modules-->most of the modules available online have poor or non-existent documentation. This means you must be a guru to dig through the module and find out how it works. John figures these modules out quickly; it's fun to watch him go!
